Everything a forum participant needs to know
01 Is there a fee to attend the forum?
No. Attendance is free of charge for all registered participants.
02 What is the registration deadline?
Registration is open until 20 November 2026 inclusive.
03 How soon is my registration confirmed?
The Organizing Committee reviews applications within 1–2 working days. Once approved, you will receive a preliminary badge with a QR code by email.
04 Do I need to print my badge?
No. Simply show your preliminary badge — on your phone or printed. At the registration desk it will be exchanged for your printed name badge. The preliminary badge also grants access to the forum entrance.
05 When does on-site registration open on 9 December?
The participant registration desk is open on 9 December from 8:00 to 9:00. All you need is your preliminary electronic badge — you already submitted a copy of your passport when registering on the website.
06 Can a company register several employees?
Yes. Each employee completes their own registration form. Official country delegations may contact the Organizing Committee to register all delegation members as a single list.
07 How can I change my details or cancel my participation?
Email info@coalindustry.tj with your full name and the email address you used to register.
08 Will simultaneous interpretation be provided?
Yes. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, Russian, Chinese and Tajik.
09 Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded. After the forum the Organizing Committee will publish the recordings on this website, so speakers can download their presentations.
10 What is the dress code?
Formal business attire.
11 Are meals included?
Yes. Coffee breaks and lunch are included for registered participants.
12 Can I hold B2B meetings or take part in the exhibition?
B2B meetings and the exhibition area are reserved for the forum's main partners. If you would like to arrange a meeting, submit a request and the Organizing Committee will help to organise it.
13 Does the Organizing Committee help with visas?
The Organizing Committee assists forum partners and speakers with expedited visa processing. Other participants are advised to read the “Entry to Tajikistan” section.
14 Where can I stay in Dushanbe?
See our selection in the “Hotels” section. The forum takes place at the Hyatt Regency Dushanbe.
15 Is an airport transfer provided?
Yes, transfers are arranged for foreign delegations.
16 Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available. Please notify the Organizing Committee in advance to use it.
17 How do journalists get accredited?
No separate accreditation is needed: simply choose “Press” as your participation type when you register.
